Back-story - While accompanying 3 women in search of a wedding dress in Manchester, NY, wandered off for tea. Walking down the main street came upon this sign on an abandoned store. A woman was sweeping the front sidewalk. Offered her $125 for the sign. She refused saying that she has had a better offer.
